Registered Nurse - RN Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an RN Supervisor, you will work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing care, positive clinical outcomes, and overall patient and employee satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Report directly to the Director of Nursing.
• Lead and guide clinical operations on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Facilitate care delivery processes and maintain adequate nursing staff levels.
• Participate in recruitment, orientation, and professional development of nursing staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current RN license.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience, with at least one year in a supervisory capacity.
• BSN preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
