Paradigm Rehab is currently looking for a compassionate Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team. As a Rehabilitation Therapist, you will be responsible for helping individuals reconnect with their environment to enhance their quality of life. We prioritize a supportive and caring environment for both our patients and therapists.

Rehabilitation Therapist Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Conduct home visit Physical Therapy assessments and provide direct patient care.
• Proficiency in EMR documentation.
• CPR Certification.
