Rental Quality Assurance Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a Rental Quality Assurance Representative to join our high-energy Avis Budget Group team. As a member of our enterprise, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our cars meet customer quality assurance standards and are ready for rental. Your responsibilities will include inspecting vehicle interiors and exteriors, updating vehicle status using a mobile device, coordinating car movements at our airport lots, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to stand, walk, and enter/exit vehicles for extended periods.
• Minimum age of 18 and legal authorization to work in the United States.
• 6 months of retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
