Job Description

Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of People, Profitability, and Operations for a Burger King restaurant.
- Provide exceptional leadership and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and state laws.
- Conduct human resource functions including staffing, training, and supervision.
- Handle vendor relationships and address customer concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience.
- 5 years of restaurant experience.
- ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid state driver's license and background check required.
