Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant General Manager to lead our Burger King team. As a key part of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, fostering a customer-oriented environment, and leading a team of managers and crew members to success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of People, Profitability, and Operations for a Burger King restaurant.
  • Provide exceptional leadership and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and state laws.
  • Conduct human resource functions including staffing, training, and supervision.
  • Handle vendor relationships and address customer concerns promptly.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience.
  • 5 years of restaurant experience.
  • ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Valid state driver's license and background check required.
