Job Description

We are looking for a Retail Assistant Store Manager specializing in Visual Merchandising to join our team at L.L.Bean in our Wayside Commons store in Burlington, MA. As a critical member of the team, you will be responsible for driving business results, developing talent, and ensuring the delivery of a world-class customer experience. Collaborating with the Store Manager, you will communicate and implement retail strategic initiatives, manage P & L performance, and uphold the core values of L.L.Bean.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and oversee staff performance.
• Execute visual merchandising plans to enhance the brand experience.
• Communicate and prioritize visual merchandising strategies.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of merchandising directives.
• Contribute to employee recruitment, training, and development.
• Lead compliance with Loss Prevention policies.

Requirements

• 2-Year Associate's Degree.
• 3+ years of retail experience.
• Strong visual merchandising skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration abilities.
• Flexible schedule availability.
