We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store operates smoothly and customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Follow company policies and maintain document security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• General cleaning and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and multitasking capability.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
