Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by providing outstanding customer service and maintaining a well-stocked and tidy store environment.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves.
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
