Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store remains organized, well-stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain a tidy and organized store by stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and performing general cleaning duties.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
