Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support the shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Conduct inventory checks and provide feedback on products and store maintenance.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register.
• Capable of following instructions, multitasking, and working in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
