Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will collaborate with team members to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Contribute to inventory management and store maintenance.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate cash registers and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• A combination of education and relevant experience is considered.
