Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our ALDI team. As part of the role, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. Providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with our team are essential aspects of this position.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a well-organized store layout.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for cashiering and store operations.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and utilizing store equipment.
• Capable of following company standards for cleanliness and organization.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
