Job Description

We are searching for dedicated Sales Associates to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is organized, clean, and provides exceptional customer service. Your main responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, assisting customers, and collaborating with team members.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhering to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Combination of education and relevant experience is acceptable.
