Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
• Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining document and data confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Experience in retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
