Senior Director, Pharmacometrics (Remote)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Director, Pharmacometrics to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. In this remote position, you will lead the design, oversight, analysis, and reporting of pharmacometrics programs for small and large molecule compounds in oncology. Your role will involve strategic decision-making, managing multiple priorities, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacometrics-related drug development plans and regulatory filings.
• Apply model-informed drug development principles.
• Manage and develop a high-performing pharmacometrics team.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Represent Jazz as a subject matter expert in interactions with regulatory agencies.

Requirements

• PhD in pharmaceutical sciences or related field with 12+ years of industry experience.
• Proven track record in successful regulatory interactions and drug approvals.
• Proficiency in quantitative analyses and pharmacometrics software.
• Experience in oncology and managing collaborations with external organizations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to think critically and strategically.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $220,000-$330,000.
• Potential for a discretionary annual cash bonus and equity grants.
