Are you a seasoned data analytics professional looking for a challenging role? Join Jazz Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Manager, Field Analytics and Operations within our Sleep Business Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for driving field force analytics and operational effectiveness, working closely with multiple stakeholders to optimize field strategies and performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead field force effectiveness initiatives and customer targeting strategies.
- Implement customer call planning and targeting tools to enhance field force productivity.
- Analyze and report on sub-national sales force performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence key business decisions.
- Partner with Data Strategy and Commercial IS teams to enhance data analytics capabilities.
Requirements
- Experience with pharmaceutical data sources such as IQVIA or Symphony.
- Proficiency with Tableau, Alteryx, Veeva, and MDM is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years experience in sales analytics, operations, or business consulting.
