We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Manager in Medical Affairs focusing on Training & Excellence for Jazz Pharmaceuticals. In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing the US Medical Affairs training strategy plan, learning programs, and field excellence initiatives. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, employ adult learning principles, and manage the USMA training program and resources for the assigned therapeutic area(s). The role requires a strong scientific background, project management skills, and the ability to adapt to a highly matrixed team environment. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to develop scientific training curriculum and field medical capabilities.
  • Create strategic training plans for assigned therapeutic areas and USMA teams.
  • Onboard new hires to the USMA teams by providing requisite scientific and medical capabilities training.
  • Continuously update and enhance training content for the USMA program.
  • Evaluate the success of training programs and adapt delivery methods to maximize learning outcomes.
  • Maintain clinical, scientific, and technical expertise in relevant therapeutic areas.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in Science or Medicine (PhD, PharmD, or MD).
  • 3-5 years of experience in Medical Affairs with expertise in the Jazz Pharmaceutical therapeutic areas.
  • Prior field Medical Affairs experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training program development.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and training evaluation methods.
