Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position offers a day shift from 8:00am-4:30pm at Levindale Hospital, providing clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Offering support with adjustment to institutional living and aging-related changes.
- Assisting with financial concerns and family dynamics.
- Providing counseling on medical procedures, discharge planning, and end-of-life matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required, Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred, LGSW required.
