Job Description

We are seeking a Specialty Sales Consultant for our Neuroscience products in Indiana North at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. This role involves direct promotion of our specialized medicines, developing strong business relationships with healthcare specialists, and driving sales within a designated territory. As an integral part of the commercial team, you will implement marketing strategies to achieve both short-term and long-term objectives. This position reports to a Regional Sales Manager and is a key contributor to The Sleep Business Unit.

Responsibilities

  • Educate healthcare professionals on our products and their indications.
  • Achieve sales goals and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet physicians' needs.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.
  • Develop and execute territory tactical plans.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • 2 years of specialist sales experience is preferred.
  • Prior relationships with healthcare specialists in the designated territory are advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of CNS and sleep therapeutic sales is desired.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required, post-graduate studies a plus.

Compensation

Jazz Pharmaceuticals offers a competitive total compensation package, including a base pay range of $112,000-$168,000, discretionary annual cash bonus, equity grants, medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k retirement plan, and flexible paid vacation.
