Jazz Pharmaceuticals plc is a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing life-changing medicines for patients with serious diseases. We are currently seeking a Specialty Sales Consultant (Neuroscience) to join our commercial team in the Sleep Business Unit, based in Kansas City East. As a Specialty Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting Jazz Pharmaceuticals' products, educating healthcare professionals, and building strong business relationships within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians and healthcare professionals on Jazz Pharmaceuticals' products.
• Achieve sales goals and Key Performance Indicators.
• Organize and facilitate meetings to exchange medical and product information.
• Analyze business trends in the territory to understand prescribing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.
• Ensure activities align with ethical marketing policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Preferred specialist sales experience in neurology, pulmonology, or sleep specialties.
• Strong knowledge of product(s), competitor products, and disease states.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Education and Licenses

• Four-year college/university degree required; post-graduate business training preferred.
