Staff Psychologist- Child Psychiatry

Job Description

The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a Staff Psychologist specializing in Child Psychiatry to join our team. As a Staff Psychologist, you will provide psychological services to patients in various clinical settings, contribute to organizational initiatives, and promote diversity and inclusion within the department and network.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological services in clinical settings such as inpatient psychiatric units, medical-surgical units, outpatient programs, and specialty clinics.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and clinical assessments.
• Deliver psychological interventions, provide staff consultation, and offer clinical supervision.
• Participate in program development, organizational initiatives, and program evaluation.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in clinical psychology from an accredited program.
• Minimum 3 years of post-licensure experience in Clinical Psychology.
• Experience in individual, family, and group psychotherapy.
• Background in Health Psychology preferred.
