Job Description

We are currently looking to hire a skilled Sterile Processing Tech to join Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the decontamination, assembly, and sterilization of surgical instruments, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments.
• Provide excellent customer service and actively participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure accurate documentation of the sterilization process and report any abnormalities.
• Assist in receiving and reprocessing loaner and consignment sets.
• May act as a preceptor to new staff or provide training to OR staff in Sterile Processing.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Preferably hold a CRCST, CSPDT, or CST certificate.
