We are currently looking for dedicated individuals to join our team at ALDI as Cashiers or Stockers. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Whether operating registers with precision, stocking shelves, or maintaining store appearance, each day will bring new challenges and opportunities for growth.

Fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage

$18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their needs
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves and ensure fresh products are available
• Follow merchandising guidelines for attractive displays
• Operate machinery safely and maintain a tidy store

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to provide excellent customer service and work well in a team
Strong communication skills and time management abilities

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior retail experience beneficial
Combination of education and experience considered
