Job Title: Stocker/Cashier (Part Time)

Join ALDI as a Stocker/Cashier to enhance the customer shopping experience and contribute to a collaborative team environment. As a valued member of our team, you will operate registers, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and provide exceptional service to our customers. This part-time position offers varied responsibilities each day.

Position Details:

• Part-Time role with fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Must perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and feedback to management
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves with fresh products and create appealing displays
• Organize inventory, operate machinery, and follow safety protocols

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Effective time management and communication skills

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in retail is preferred
• Combination of education and experience will be considered
