Job Description
Join ALDI as a part-time Stocker/Cashier and contribute to enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a member of a collaborative team, you will operate registers, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Cashier Responsibilities:
- Process customer purchases and stock shelves neatly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and offer assistance to shoppers.
- Report product feedback and inventory issues to management.
- Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash-handling policies.
Stocker Responsibilities:
- Stock shelves with fresh products and create merchandised displays.
- Organize new inventory and operate machinery safely.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and maintain store cleanliness.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
