Job Description

Join ALDI as a part-time Stocker/Cashier and contribute to enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a member of a collaborative team, you will operate registers, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:

  • Process customer purchases and stock shelves neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and offer assistance to shoppers.
  • Report product feedback and inventory issues to management.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash-handling policies.

Stocker Responsibilities:

  • Stock shelves with fresh products and create merchandised displays.
  • Organize new inventory and operate machinery safely.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
