Job Description

Join the collaborative team at ALDI as a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier. As an integral part of our operations, you will ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by operating registers, stocking shelves, and maintaining store appearance. This dynamic role offers variety and the opportunity to engage with customers daily.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leaders.
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards within your area of responsibility.
• Perform cashier duties: process purchases, maintain cleanliness, provide exceptional customer service, and monitor inventory.
• Fulfill stocker responsibilities: rotate products, create merchandised displays, operate machinery, and maintain safety standards.
• Meet physical demands including lifting, carrying, and organizing merchandise.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service, interpret company policies, and work efficiently both independently and within a team.

Qualifications

• Age requirement: 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and follow company standards.
• Effective communication skills and ability to adapt to company procedures.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
