Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team at ALDI as a Stocker/Cashier (Part Time). As an integral part of the store operations, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by efficiently handling cashier duties, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leaders.
• Perform cashier duties, including processing customer purchases, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Operate machinery and follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and create well-merchandised displays.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
