Job Description
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team at ALDI as Stocking Associates. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by ensuring shelves are stocked, maintaining store appearance, and providing excellent customer service.
Position Details
- Position Type: Part-Time
- Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain store cleanliness
- Operate machinery and follow safety procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Effective time management skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Prior retail experience is preferred
