Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your focus on providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team will ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Customer service skills
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
