Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and report issues.
• Follow cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
