Store Associate

Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Store Associate and play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Collaborate with team members, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality
• Perform additional duties as required

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Customer service and cash register operation experience
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
