Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by maintaining store cleanliness, stocking products, and providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues.
• Assist in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Comply with company policies, maintain document security, and uphold confidentiality.
• Other assigned duties.
