Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and ensure accurate processing of customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management activities and follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to work at Aldi.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Capability to interpret and apply company guidelines and policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
