Store Management Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Management Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a trainee, you will be immersed in various aspects of store management to prepare you for a leadership role. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and creating operational plans while developing and mentoring your team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Communicate and model company values to foster teamwork among employees.
• Manage store signage, product quality, and staffing levels.
• Conduct training, evaluations, and provide feedback to enhance team performance.
• Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and store cleanliness.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
• Effective communication and organizational abilities.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
