We are looking for a dedicated Store Management Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for overseeing store operations effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily activities, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staffing requirements, and implementing operational strategies while fostering team development.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 45 hours
• Starting Wage: $26.25 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $102,000 (salary and bonus included)*

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Proficient in interpreting company policies and procedures.
• Experience in managing budgets and personnel costs.
• Skilled in operating equipment and cash registers.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Compliance with state requirements for handling alcohol.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience; management experience preferred.
• Combination of education and experience is acceptable.
