We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Store Management Trainee at Aldi. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for managing all aspects of store operations. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, scheduling, and developing operational strategies while fostering team growth.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
• Earning Potential: Up to $105,000 in the first year

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
