Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join ALDI as a Store Management Trainee. This is a Full-Time position that involves learning all aspects of managing a store, from overseeing daily operations to developing operational plans and mentoring team members. As a Store Management Trainee, you will be instrumental in ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining store quality, and driving team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day store operations to deliver top-notch customer service.
  • Implement company strategies and core values to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Manage staffing needs, schedules, and operational plans effectively.
  • Ensure store signage, product quality, and inventory levels are maintained at high standards.
  • Lead and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Prior retail experience with at least 3 years in a progressive role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures with the capacity to drive performance and manage budgets.
  • Operational proficiency including cash register operation and equipment handling.
