Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and ensuring their needs are met.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a well-stocked and organized store environment.
• Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and report any discrepancies to management.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating retail equipment and tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
