Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join ALDI's team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and follow cash policies to minimize losses.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
