Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, process customer purchases, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and provide feedback on products and store operations.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including cash registers and store maintenance tools.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and work well in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
