Job Description

Join ALDI as a Store Operations Assistant, where you will play a vital role in maintaining store operations to provide an exceptional customer experience. As a Full-Time team member, you will contribute to merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store is organized and tidy.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness
• Deliver outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Conduct inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Comply with company procedures, maintain security and confidentiality
• Perform physical tasks including stocking merchandise and general cleaning

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience beneficial
