Job Description

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate Aldi Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Assist in inventory management, cash handling, and following company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a retail environment is a plus.
