Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate Aldi Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Assist in inventory management, cash handling, and following company policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a retail environment is a plus.
