Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members.
• Assist in inventory management and contribute to improving store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
