Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising, stocking product, and cashiering.
• Enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service.
• Collaborating with team members and communicating clearly with store management.
• Participating in inventory counts and monitoring inventory accuracy.
• Adhering to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
