Job Description

Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI core competencies outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
- Comply with company policies and procedures ensuring security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Prompt, courteous customer service and cash handling skills.
- Ability to operate equipment and interpret company policies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Retail experience beneficial.
