Job Description
We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Assist in inventory management, monitor product accuracy, and report issues to management.
- Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and maintain data security.
Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you must be 18 years or older, possess excellent customer service skills, and be able to operate a cash register efficiently. Previous retail experience is preferred, and the ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages may be required based on state and local regulations.
