Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a key member, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure cash handling compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Capable of using store equipment and following company policies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
