Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
