Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and inviting environment for our customers. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers throughout their shopping journey and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and related equipment.
• Able to lift and stock merchandise effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
