Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and monitoring accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Operational knowledge of cash registers and store equipment.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
