Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position averaging 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in inventory management and monitoring for accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
